The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.
If you contact us via form on the website or via e-mail, the data you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions or for order processing. These data will not be passed on without your consent.
Our web hosting provider stores data about each page view in log-files. The following data is collected: Name of the page called up, file, date and time, amount of data transferred, status message of the call, browser type and version, operating system and the IP address of the visitor to our website.
These files are only used for operational or security purposes and are not publicly accessible. The web hosting provider reserves the right to subsequently check the LOG files if there is any suspicion of illegal use.
We use Google’s reCaptcha service to determine whether a human or a computer is making a particular entry in our contact or newsletter form. Google checks whether you are a human or a computer using the following data: IP address of the terminal device used, the website you visit with us on which the captcha is embedded, the date and duration of the visit, the recognition data of the browser and operating system type used, Google account if you are logged in to Google, mouse movements on the reCaptcha areas and tasks that require you to identify images. The legal basis for the described data processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. f of the General Data Protection Regulation. There is a legitimate interest on our side in this data processing to ensure the security of our website and to protect us from automated entries (attacks).
In principle, you are entitled to the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can submit your request to the Austrian data protection authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
